Análisis aerodinámico–estructural de un micro turborreactor SR-30 para UAVs

El rendimiento limitado del micro-turborreactor SR-30 exige modelos de simulación validados para optimizar su diseño. Este estudio analizó el comportamiento aerodinámico e integridad estructural del motor mediante análisis numérico FSI, evaluando velocidades de flujo libre de 5 a 25 m/s con tres modelos de turbulencia RANS. Los resultados CFD confirmaron que la fuerza de arrastre aumenta con la velocidad, y un refinamiento de malla a 5 mm garantizó valores convergentes. El modelo Spalart-Allmaras, aplicado al análisis FSI del difusor, cuantificó esfuerzo y desplazamiento máximos correlacionados con la carga de presión. Este trabajo establece un marco numérico validado y los límites operativos estructurales del difusor.
